Rick is Senior Partner of Wemmers Consulting Group, Inc, a business development consultancy which he founded over 25 years ago. He has advised and coached top executives in over 50 different industries, including Fortune 50 companies and start-ups. Banking, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer products have accounted for much of his clientele.

Rick started BankMarketingpros.com asa company focused on serving bank CEOs who want to grow faster and make more profits than they currently enjoy. BankMarketingpros.com provides confidential CEO counsel, advanced marketing programs and unique, on-site officer call training. Rick is a frequent speaker at state and national banking association meetings.

He has helped implement: strategic planning meetings, market research, new product development/launches, marketing communications and market share building programs. Rick’s years of varied and in-depth field experience enables him to give an usually wide perspective to his discussions on how any business can grow its’ revenues – quickly.  Very “bottom-line driven”, Rick strives to give ideas that can be measured in terms of increased profits.
