Rhonda Hudson is president of Compliance+, Inc., a consulting firm serving financial institutions. The firm specializes in practical, common sense solutions to problems associated with compliance, internal controls, and financial institution operations.

Ms. Hudson worked in commercial banks from 1970 to 1991 in the California, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin banking systems, primarily in upper management. These management positions required adaptability, diversity, and the ability to learn quickly which resulted in Ms. Hudson gaining a wealth of practical experience in nearly all aspects of banking.

This broad experience gave her the versatility and ingenuity required to start her own consulting business in 1991 – Compliance+, Inc.  She frequently introduces innovative methods unique to her clients’ needs that are well-received by bank examiners and bank staff. Her ability to simplify complex issues, evaluate the effects, and determine the methodologies that work best has made her a favorite among her clients and students.
