Q.  Are all the webinars recorded and available for purchase after the live event?
A.  Yes, each webinar is recorded, archived and for sale in a CD-ROM format.  Save money on the CD-ROM and add it to your order when you purchase the live event.

Q.  Is there a limit on the number of participants per location?
A.  There is no limit, however, only one audio and web connection is allowed per registrant.  A speaker phone can be used.  It is easy to connect the AUDIO and VIDEO feed from a computer to a projector and the webinar could be viewed on a screen for a large group.

Q.  Can all of our branches participate in the live event?
A.  Yes, each location will need to be registered.  It is only $89 per location after the initial registration of $150.

Q.  Can I suggest programs to be offered?

Q.  Can a webinar be customized and scheduled exclusively for our organization?
A.  Yes, we have been providing all customized training programs since 1983 from phone seminars to live seminars, as well as webinars to clients and would welcome adding you to the list.
