How It Works
What Is a Webinar?
An InterAction e-Learning webinar is a convenient, online learning experience featuring live audio and PowerPoint slides. Everything is delivered through your telephone and PC or exclusively through your PC. No special hardware is needed; however, speakers or headphones are required if you opt to participate exclusively through your PC. If the complete broadcast is received via the computer the audio and video can be connected to an A/V projector to allow multiple participants to view the webinar program.
The live event cost $150 and consists of 45 minutes of instruction and 10 minutes of live Q&A. You can elect to add additional locations to your registration. If you wish to have multiple locations access the live event indicate that on your registration. Each additional location is only $89. Each location registration provides for unlimited listeners, one connection to the live webinar, written materials, and access to the On-Demand Webinar for 30 days following the broadcast. You will receive a Password, written materials, and instruction prior to the webinar. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of the event, call 281.812.0211.
If the audio broadcast is received via the telephone you can use the speakerphone feature to accommodate multiple attendees. Interactive features of the webinar include slides, online polls and chat.
Every registration for the Live Event has a protected password allowing access and sign-in for only one location. Indicate on your order if you want to register additional locations for only $89 each.
Each option can be purchased separately or in the combination that best suits your needs. All options come with handouts you will download.
We welcome questions both during and, for a limited time, after the live event, as well as in advance. Following the live event the speaker will prepare a written Q&A paper which will be available to all attendees as well as purchasers of the recording.

It can be helpful to adjust spam filtering to allow mail from this address.

Firewall and Software Installation
Very few of our registrants experience any connection problems related to firewall settings but your IT support desk may wish to review the information at http://www.gotomeeting.com/fec/webinar/webinar_support.
The workstation that will be used to view the online portion of the event will need to be running Windows 2000 or newer. WindowsME is not supported. Additionally, software must be installed on this workstation – the user account must have adequate permissions to install either an ActiveX or Java program.
The most common problem when there is an issue is it typically traced to limited permissions on the particular workstation or firewall configuration.
